From block parties to community clean-ups, and a first-class farmer’s market to a lake run, Lake Oswego enables people to get involved, build connections, and create a sense of belonging.

Our neighborhood is also known for its excellent schools, with a strong emphasis on education and a supportive community that values lifelong learning, adding to the overall livability and desirability of our neighborhood.

As weather improves and outdoor home improvement work begins, please remember to contact your HOA (per the CC&Rs) prior to beginning your projects. Help us maintain the Sunny Hill standards we all appreciate.

Any landscaping project can impact your neighbors. We suggest you alert your neighbors or/and the HOA Board before beginning a major installation.

Our winter ice storm was hard on our yards. Please check if you need to clear weeds, dead plants, etc. from yours. And remember to mow our fast-growing grass!
