Results of Recent Vote on Changes to the Sunny Hill HOA “Declaration” Document

Thank you to everyone who returned their ballots by the November 15, 2025 deadline for our recent vote on changes to the Declaration (CC&Rs) document. The Declaration was approved by a majority vote and has been recorded with the Clackamas County Recorder’s Office. The Declaration has now officially replaced the previous version and can be found under the documents page.  

2026 Annual Meeting

The 2026 Sunny Hill HOA Annual Meeting will be held on Thursday, February 5, 2026, at Bellagios Pizza Pub (1399 McVey Ave.) starting at 7:00 p.m.
