Minutes from the SHHA meeting on 2/15/23 at 7:00pm in the Lakeridge Rotunda:
Attendees:
Barbara Bogdan, Melissa Framiglio, Katie Richards, Allison and Randy Dyer, Mary Pearson, Barbara Cullicott, John Cullicott, Carolyn Swearingen, Sara Prohaska
1) Introductions – All attendees introduced themselves and gave the street where they lived
2) Year-End Income statement review – Copies of the statement were handed out to each attendee. Questions related to the following were posed:
Homeowner Association Management – this will be up to the new board to decide whether to outsource
Non payment of dues by homeowners*
Insurance – what does the coverage include*
Common Area Enhancements – Where are the common areas and what enhancements were made*
Pest control – What pests*
Tree spray – Which trees*
Web Site – Who developed (Diane); Melissa Framiglio’s husband has volunteered to take over
Net cash flow – Is there always a loss annually*
* questions referred for discussion between the new board and Diane Cook, retiring Manager
3) Board elections
The new board members are Melissa Framiglio, Randy Dyer, Barbara Cullicott and Sara Prohaska. They will determine their board position
