The following Sunny Hill Annual Dues Notice was mailed to all members postmarked October 9, 2025:

Sunny Hill Homeowners Association dues (for 2026) of $275 are due November 15^th.

Your HOA dues are used for landscaping, tree and sprinkler maintenance in common areas, printing and mailing newsletters and other communications with members, and to pay bills for watering, insurance, web hosting, and P.O. Box rentals.

Although our service provider costs are rising (and we are planning a large bark dust purchase for several of the common areas in 2026), we were under budget this year, so we have decided to maintain dues at $275/year with no increase.

You may pay your dues by check made out to Sunny Hill HOA and mailed to P.O. Box 927, Lake Oswego, 97034. You may also use Zelle, through your bank’s app or website. In the app, select “send money” with Zelle, and add our email address, “sunnyhillhoa.lo@gmail.com,” and the amount to send. Dues are due November 15^th. Late or non-payment can result in a lien being placed on your property (which no one wants to do!), so please make things easy on your fellow neighbors and pay promptly.
